Are you ready to take the next step in your career in air logistics? We are currently looking for a dedicated and structured Team Leader in air freight for a position with a client in Gothenburg. In this role, you will combine operational work with leadership and have overall responsibility for the team's deliveries, quality, and development.

As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading and distributing the daily work within air freight and ensuring effective and qualitative transport solutions. You will be a role model in operational work and support the team in complex matters while driving improvement initiatives and ensuring that processes are followed.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and develop the team within air freight
• Distribute and follow up on daily tasks
• Overall responsibility for handling and coordinating air transport
• Ensure correct booking, follow-up, and monitoring of shipments
• Manage customer dialogue and relationships with airlines, agents, and partners
• Ensure correct preparation and control of transport documents
• Monitor KPIs, quality, and delivery precision
• Drive improvement initiatives and streamline routines and processes
• Handle escalations, deviations, and delays

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in air freight or international forwarding
• Is accustomed to working independently and taking significant responsibility
• Is stress-resistant, meticulous, and service-oriented
• Has good communication skills in both Swedish and English, spoken and written
• Has good system proficiency, preferably in Cargowise.
